Doula Services – Coming out of “retirement” in Fall 2025
Fee: $1800
My services are customized to the special requests and needs of the birthing mom and her support team. Standard services include emotional support, physical comfort measures, and advocacy. I was trained through a DONA-certified birth doula course and Nurturing Hearts Birth Services. I’ve had the great honor of attending over 150 beautiful births and my doula style is guided in the midwifery model of care.
I began my doula journey in 2006 and “retired” in 2015 after the birth of my fourth child. I look forward to taking on the sacred role of doula again soon!

Birth Consultant Services (Virtual)
Fee: $75 for one hour, $200 for three hours (two sessions)
This unique service is offered from my heart and is one of my favorite ways in which to honor the sacred transformation of birth. Created by request of many women, this service is offered to women who don’t need a doula (or already have one) but are craving honest, non-judgmental connection and advice regarding birth.
These sessions are customized for each client to discuss the most pertinent topics on their heart and mind.

Virtual Childbirth Education Classes
Fee: $125
I offer comprehensive, virtual childbirth classes that guide expectant parents through emotional, physical, and practical preparation for labor, birth, and early postpartum. Grounded in evidence-based practices and holistic wisdom, participants will build confidence, reduce fears, and create a birth plan aligned with their values.
This is a virtual class via Zoom where, over the course of four weeks, we’ll cover a plethora of topics and practice some hands-on techniques for comfort measures during labor and birth. Class size is limited to 20 participants to foster a safe, intimate space for learning, connection, and shared support.
